Jack.org is a movement raising awareness and running events to get the conversation about our mental health going! if you are interested in helping improve the mental health of others, I highly encourage joining a jack.org club or any mental health club if your school has one. It's a great way to make friends and meet like-minded people! I found the one at my school to feel quite rewarding as well.

Talk to your friends and share your struggles because chances are they have either gone through the same thing, can relate, or can sympathize. Sometimes all we need is to talk about our struggles and get a fresh opinion.
Therapy is a great confidential tool for those of you who need either advice, or just someone to talk to who isn't a family member or friend. In addition, feel free to talk to your guidance counselors at school, and utilize the free sources your schools or communities offer. They can be really helpful.
And share!!! Share these resources with others—encourage others to change their mindset, and for those in crisis, help them get immediate help.
The kids help phone also has a website where you can connect with other youth who may be able to relate to you, work with counsellors, get additional support, and just learn more about mental health. https://kidshelpphone.ca/
